Speqa operates speqa.app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Your email address and password, messages you send to Carmen and her responses, your reason for learning Spanish, session counts and vocabulary progress, and voice recordings temporarily for transcription (we do not store raw audio). Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your card details.

To provide the Speqa service and power Carmen's memory of you. To track your language learning progress. To process payments. To improve the product based on aggregated usage patterns.

Speqa uses Anthropic (Carmen's AI brain), ElevenLabs (Carmen's voice), OpenAI Whisper (voice transcription), Supabase (data storage), Stripe (payments), and Clerk (authentication).

You can access, delete, or export your data at any time via Settings → Delete account, or by emailing hello@speqa.app. We permanently delete all data within 30 days.

By using Speqa you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use Speqa.

Speqa is for personal, non-commercial language learning. You agree not to generate harmful or illegal content, reverse engineer the AI models or prompts, share account credentials, or resell the service.

Premium is $9.99/month, billed automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime in Settings. No refunds for partial billing periods. Payments processed by Stripe.

Carmen is an AI character. Her responses may contain errors. Do not rely on Carmen for medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.

Carmen's character, personality, Soul System architecture, and all creative works are proprietary to Speqa. You may not copy or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
